FFBS™ Exclusive Queens Early Enrollment

Terms of Purchase

1. PARTIES.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in FFBS™ Exclusive Queens Early Enrollment (the “Early Enrollment Services”), and the value you will gain by participating in the Early Enrollment Services, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase. These Terms of Purchase are entered into between you (hereinafter “you” or the “Client”) and Jessica Zweig, Inc. (hereinafter “Company”, “Jessica Zweig”, “we” or “us”). You and the Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF PURCHASE.

The following Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the Early Enrollment Services. These Terms are legally binding and it is your responsibility to read them before you complete your purchase. By purchasing, using and participating in the Early Enrollment Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms.

3. SERVICES.

Early Enrollment Services include the following (collectively, the “Early Enrollment Services”):

  • Seat Reservation.
    A guaranteed seat in the Fall 2026 cohort of The Feminine Frequency Business School™ (“FFBS™”), currently scheduled to run August 31, 2026 through December 4, 2026 (the “FFBS™ Program”), subject to Client’s completion of the remaining tuition payment obligations as described herein.

  • Sovereign Strategy Salon.
    An intimate 90-minute private strategy session with Jessica Zweig, scheduled during Summer 2026 (date and details to be provided by the Company), focused on identity, vision, and leadership expansion prior to the start of the FFBS™ Program.

  • Pre-Program Preparation Portal.
    Access to a preparation portal delivered via email and housed in Kajabi consisting of monthly insights, prompts, and embodiment exercises delivered between April 2026 and July 2026, inclusive, designed to prepare Client’s nervous system, self-image, and leadership capacity prior to participation in the FFBS™ Program.

  • Exclusive Private Mastermind.
    An exclusive, private 3-hour mastermind session with Jessica Zweig during the Fall 2026 FFBS™ Program (date and details to be provided by the Company), during which each participant will receive approximately 20 minutes of individual coaching with Jessica Zweig within a small group container.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may reasonably modify delivery logistics, dates, times, and/or format of the Early Enrollment Services in its sole discretion, provided the overall nature of the Early Enrollment Services remains substantially similar.

4. FEMININE FREQUENCY BUSINESS SCHOOL™ TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

Client acknowledges and agrees that participation in The Feminine Frequency Business School™ (“FFBS™”) Program is governed by the Feminine Frequency Business School™ Terms of Purchase (the “FFBS™ Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the FFBS™ Terms, these Terms shall control solely with respect to:

  • the Early Enrollment Services,

  • the Early Enrollment deposit,

  • Early Enrollment refund mechanics, and

  • the Early Enrollment enrollment deadline.

The FFBS™ Terms shall govern all other aspects of the FFBS™ Program.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY.

As part of your participation in the Early Enrollment Services and the FFBS™ Program, you are expected to complete the requisite work assigned throughout the Services. There is no guarantee for success as Client is responsible for completing work and following the Company’s recommendations.

6. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.

In full consideration of Company’s performance, obligations and the rights granted herein, Client agrees to pay a deposit in the amount of $1,888.00 USD at the time of registration (the “Deposit”).

The Deposit will be applied toward Client’s full tuition for the Fall 2026 Feminine Frequency Business School™ (“FFBS™”) Program when enrollment officially opens in August 2026.

Client understands and acknowledges that the Deposit is earned upon receipt due to the nature of the Early Enrollment Services, including immediate access to Early Enrollment materials and the reservation of a guaranteed seat in the Fall 2026 FFBS™ cohort.

Client must enroll in the Early Enrollment Services by Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. After this deadline, no purchases will be accepted.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY.

The $1,888.00 Deposit is non-refundable.

Client acknowledges and agrees that the Deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances due to the immediate access to Early Enrollment Services and the reservation of capacity in the Fall 2026 FFBS™ cohort.

Client further acknowledges and agrees that once the FFBS™ Program begins, the Company’s 14-day refund policy from the start date of the program, as outlined in the FFBS™ Terms, shall apply to the FFBS™ Program tuition only.

For clarity:

If Client requests and is approved for a refund within the applicable 14-day FFBS™ refund window, Client will receive a refund of amounts paid toward FFBS™ Program tuition minus the $1,888.00 Deposit, which remains non-refundable.

After the expiration of the FFBS™ refund window, no refunds will be issued, and Client remains responsible for any outstanding payment obligations for the remainder of the FFBS™ Program term, consistent with the FFBS™ Terms.

8. LATE FEES.

The late fee provisions set forth in the FFBS™ Terms shall apply to any payment obligations related to the FFBS™ Program tuition. Late fees do not apply to the Deposit, which is due in full at the time of registration.

9. CHARGEBACKS.

The chargeback provisions set forth in the FFBS™ Terms are incorporated herein and shall apply to the Deposit and any subsequent FFBS™ Program tuition payments.

You agree to make every attempt to resolve any dispute with the Company prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. You will remain responsible for amounts due under these Terms and the FFBS™ Terms in the event you dispute payment with your financial institution.

10. BUSINESS HOURS.

Company’s business operating hours are as follows: Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm Central Time. All emails will be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours during Business Operating Hours. If communication is made during the weekend, it will be addressed the following Business Day. Company will be closed on holidays and for vacation(s), which may affect Company’s business operating hours.

11. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY.

The Client Confidentiality provisions contained in the FFBS™ Terms are incorporated herein by reference and apply equally to the Early Enrollment Services.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS; NO REPRODUCTION.

All Intellectual Property Rights and No Reproduction provisions contained within the FFBS™ Terms apply to the Early Enrollment Services and are incorporated herein by reference.

13. ADDITIONAL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

The following provisions contained within the Feminine Frequency Business School™ Terms of Purchase are incorporated herein by reference and apply to these Terms as if fully stated herein:

14. GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be handled in accordance with the mediation and jurisdiction provisions contained in the FFBS™ Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.

15. ACCEPTANCE.

By purchasing the FFBS™ Exclusive Queens Early Enrollment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Feminine Frequency Business School™ Terms of Purchase, and voluntarily accept all obligations contained herein.
