Hi, I’m Tracy Brown, transformational life coach, Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records reader, and deeply devoted to helping women peel back the layers of who they were told to be and find their way back to who they actually are.

I work with women who are done with the struggle, the persistent anxiety, and the life that looks fine from the outside but feels out of alignment on the inside. They don’t always have the language yet, but they know something has to change, and are ready for a different way of understanding themselves, one that goes beyond what therapy or self-help has touched. I know this path well, and I know how to help her find her way home.

I specialize in the intersection of practical psychology and soul-level transformation, weaving The Adult Chair® framework, inner child and parts work, Reiki energy work, and the Akashic Records into one unified field. My approach is grounded in science when it needs to be, intuitive and energetically attuned, and always rooted in the belief that the answers you’re looking for are already living inside of you.
