Dedria Kolb, the founder of En Blum and Ideal Ridge Ventures, is a recovering attorney who traded the corporate grind – to align to a life of passion and purpose. After leaving her career in law, Dedria became one of the first Black women to develop a tiny home community, and now runs a thriving 7-figure real estate development company.
